I guess this shows people bought more house than they could actually afford, I think. Now the chips will fall where they may.

that is actually the problem with other people. Why would they always buy something that in the future they know that they cannot pay? Now who's suffering? everybody.

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) one persons loss can be another person's gain; So many people are facing foreclosure, and it truly is a travesty for the families that are losing their homes. On the other hand, many investors are making a killing right now gobbling up properties at pennies on the dollar!
