The sq. ft for the 1 bedrooms range from 900 to 1300 sq. ft.  The pricing on the 1 bedrooms are from $185,000 to $240,000.   So, if you are in the market for a 1 bedroom under 200k, I would definitely recommend checking these out.

The Stacks used to be a old cotton mill and several years ago they convered the property into apartments and then last year they started to convert them into purchases.  It is quite a large property with over 500 units spread out over 5 different buildings.  Each phase seems to be completely different from the other phases.  

Cabbagetown is a swanky little neighborhood and is growing rapidly. Within walking distance from the Stacks there are several restaurants including Milltown Arms(fun pub and great food), Carroll Street Cafe(fabulous coffee and breakfast) and Agave(the best margartitas in town).
