Wow, it has been a crazy month for loft sales. Lofts have been flying off the market, especially lofts that are under 250k. If you are looking to purchase a loft, I wouldn't wait too long. The loft market in Atlanta definitely has it's up and downs but the fall has always picked up and this year it seems to have increased much more than last year. 3. Buckhead Village - 1 bedroom -GAS Fireplace - terrific layout - gorgeous, many upgrades - $249,000 - but the seller is extremely motivated.
