The live/work loft in Cabbagetown is now under contract.  However, I found out about another one in Candler Park that is zoned residential/commercial as well.  This does have build out potential.  It is currently priced at $212,900.  The owners did get estimates on adding a second level which would make it into a 2 bedroom.  The cost was around $35,000.  This loft was under contract a week ago so something happened along the way.  It will probably sell rather quickly.  Drop me an email at nesa@greatatlantalofts.com for additional info and pictures. - Nesa Kleinheksel
